Refund Requests: If you are not satisfied with your meal or service during your dine-in experience, please notify a member of staff immediately. We will address any concerns on the spot and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
Conditions for Refund: Refunds will only be issued if the complaint is made during the visit and if there is a verifiable issue with the quality of the food or service.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided once the meal has been consumed without any prior complaint.
Special Offers: Refunds are not available for meals purchased through special offers, discounts, or promotions.
Refund Requests: If you experience an issue with your takeaway order, please contact us within 2 hours of collection. Refund requests should be sent via Instagram direct message or email at info@hotnjuicyshrimpldn.co.uk.
Image Requirement: When contacting us, please include an image of the items received and a brief description of the issue.
Conditions for Refund: A refund will only be issued if the food was not as ordered (e.g., incorrect items, significant quality concerns). Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Collection Time: Refunds will not be provided for orders not collected within the specified collection time, resulting in a change in food quality.
Refund Method: Refunds for takeaway orders will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Requests: For orders placed through Uber Eats or Deliveroo, any issues with the order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns) must be reported directly through the respective platform within 1 hour of delivery.
Platform Responsibility: Refunds for delivery orders are entirely managed by Uber Eats or Deliveroo. As a result, we are unable to process or issue refunds directly. Please use the app or website of the platform to initiate any refund or complaint processes.
Missing or Incorrect Items: In the case of missing or incorrect items, we recommend contacting Uber Eats or Deliveroo first. We will cooperate with the platform to address any verified issues, but all refunds must be processed through them.
Spice Blends & Sauce Pouches: Due to the nature of our products (spice blends and sauce pouches), we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges once the product has been shipped.
Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at info@hotnjuicyshrimpldn.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including an image of the damaged or missing products. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
Gift Cards: We can issue a refund for gift cards within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at the above email for assistance.
